All our shipping containers are available in fixed dimensions, as outlined by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). These standardized dimensions allow our containers to be easily transported on all modes of transport around the world. This allows us to deliver our containers on-time to your exact location. Outlined below you will find relevant technical data on the lengths, widths and heights of the different types of containers we offer. If you have additional questions related to our container dimensions, don’t hesitate to contact us for details.
Storage Container Dimensions
These containers, technically referred to as dry van containers, are the most commonly used shipping containers. They’re often used for general cargo transportation, custom container designs and for anyone who needs a temporary or permanent portable storage solution for inventory or supplies. Our dry van container dimensions meet ISO standards, and are usually constructed of steel sides, a steel roof, and 2 end panels—one end panel with a set of steel cargo doors. Standard flooring is typically marine wood unless custom container flooring is requested.
Refrigerated Container Dimensions
Our refrigerated containers, commonly named “reefers”, are insulated shipping containers. They either have a working refrigeration unit that controls internal temperature, or they can come with a non-working refrigeration unit if you just need insulation. Reefers are often used to move or store perishables and temperature-sensitive items. We aim to solely offer reefers manufactured using energy efficient methods to reduce operational costs and environmental impact. In terms of dimensions and specifications, all of our reefers follow the standards described by the ISO.
